Susie has over 20 years’ experience in developing leaders across a broad spectrum of public and private sector organisations. She particularly enjoys working at depth with clients in order to shift mindsets and effect lasting behavioural change.
Susie has worked across a wide range of business sectors, both in the UK and globally, designing and delivering leadership development and change programmes for clients such as Mercedes Benz, Highways England, OSRAM, Telia Company, UBS and the Insolvency Service. As an experienced coach, she also offers Executive Coaching to senior managers and leaders, as well as running regular coaching development workshops.
Susie is an engaging and intuitive facilitator who is passionate about fostering learning, growth and change in individuals and groups. She particularly enjoys working in the moment to identify and transform the mindsets and behaviours that hold people back from achieving their best.
As someone who is passionate about learning, Susie has also invested a significant amount of time in her own personal and professional development. Her qualifications and accreditations include: M.A. in Modern Languages (St Andrews University), M.A. in Creative Writing (Bath Spa University), Internal Family Systems levels 1-3 (IFS Institute), accredited Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training Institute), PGDip in Psychosynthesis Counselling, certified NLP Practitioner. She is also certified to deliver Strengthscope, MBTI and JCA Emotional Intelligence materials.
