Gary is a freelance and interim Organisational Development Consultant specialising in high-scale transformation, leading teams, leadership development, enhancing performance and engagement, coaching, facilitation, and projects relating to systems and ways of working to improve organisational cultures and performance.

Gary had a 15-year in-house career successfully delivering organisational transformation and change, undertaking roles that include Head of Organisational Development, Head of Talent and Head of Learning & Development roles in companies such as J.P. Morgan, Aegon and FNZ.
Gary moved into consulting in 2014 and was Head of Talent and Organisational Development for a UK-wide consultancy, leading client projects and teams across three UK locations generating annual revenues exceeding £3M.
In 2017 Gary went freelance and since then has thrived, taking on several interim roles and completing leadership development and organisational development projects for companies in multiple industries, including tech, healthcare, fashion, food and drinks, finance, consulting, legal and energy.
Gary keeps his practice modern and fit-for-purpose for his clients and their cultures, bringing in themes and approaches to suit the nature of each business he supports. Gary holds accreditations in a range of tools including Psychological Safety Index (Fearless Organisation Scan), Leadership Versatility Index and Strengths Profile and uses these, and many other solid approaches to development, to support his clients to achieve their development goals.
