Public Courses

Public Sales Training Courses

We run only few public courses. The reason for this is simple. Public courses are stand alone courses – we are so proud of our pedigree and our end product that we would not allow anyone to attend our Key Account Management course without attending our Sales Skills course – why?

Because the foundation skills in the Sales Skills course are used in our KAM session and we would not be able to be sure that the delegate knew them before attending. Therefore we do not run any advanced courses in our public offering and are highly suspicious of businesses that do.

We use our public course offering as a tasting session for our wider product and are priced with this in mind. Over 70% of businesses that attend our public courses will engage us for further work, in house. The remaining 30% are businesses that have identified a specific need and have covered that need with the public course.

With this in mind, this is the deal that we offer every public course attendee -

Try Before You Buy!

  • If your delegate does not return saying that it was the best training that they have experienced, we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked and leave you in peace.
  • If your delegate is attending to test our methods and feels the training was of the highest possible calibre and it leads to In House work for us, at any time in the future, we’ll refund the course fee from your first invoice.

This means that the only time that you will have to pay for one of our public courses is if you thought it was fantastic, but have no need to work with us again in the future. We think that’s fair.

  • Be clear on the needs based fact find process
  • Be able to present features and benefits effectively
  • Understand how to spot, define and handle an objection
  • Close all their meetings properly and effectively
  • Be expert in spotting buyers’ motivations.​

Presentation Skills Course

By the end of this session the delegates will:
  • Understand the process that all great presenters follow, naturally, every time
  • Understand the only 4 types of presentations that exist
  • Create the agenda for the course from their own objectives
  • Be able to use emphasis, body language, imagery and human nature in presentations
  • Understand the psychology of an audience
  • Understand their own personal impact and strengths in presenting
  • Have the opportunity to practise, every one of the 4 presentation types
